National Litter Count Shows better alternatives to a CDS

The latest National Litter index released today shows Victoria has achieved Australia’s best reduction of littered beverage containers. This is without having a Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) and shows there are better, cheaper and more effective waste reduction alternatives, said the Australian Food and Grocery Council (AFGC).
